What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 2.00 pm onwards on the day of arrival. Check-out on the last day of your stay is by 11.00 am.

In the case of half-board packages, you begin your stay with dinner and end it with breakfast on the last morning.

Do you offer any family discounts?

Can I bring my dog with me to the hotel? How much is the supplement for pets?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Does Atlantida Boutique Hotel offer business services?

A business office is available to hotel guests during their stay. The hotel also has a conference room, which is ideal for business meetings and private functions.

What are the car parking arrangements at the hotel?

There is a free car park close to the hotel. The hotel also offers secure garage parking (daily charge applies) and an electric vehicle charging station (payment required).

I have a gift voucher. How long is it valid for and what happens if it has already expired?

Atlantida Boutique Hotel gift vouchers are the perfect gift for five-star experiences. You can use them to satisfy all your desires for fine dining, relaxation, recreation and culture. Service gift vouchers are valid for one year. Value gift vouchers have no expiry date and can be used for any of the services we offer (accommodation, wellness, cuisine).

What languages are spoken by Atlantida Boutique Hotel staff?

Our staff speak multiple languages, including German, English, Italian, Russian and Croatian.

Are bathrobes and towels for the pool included in the price?

You will find a wellness package in your room, with two towels per person to allow carefree enjoyment of the pool. Bathrobes are also provided.

What are the opening hours of the pools and saunas?

The opening hours are as follows:

POOLS: every day from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm

SAUNAS: every day from 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm

I would like to use the pools and saunas or book a massage, cosmetic treatment or other wellness service, but I am not a guest of the hotel. Can I come anyway?

Guests who are not residents of the hotel but still wish to enjoy our wellness services are welcome at Atlantida Boutique Hotel. The pools and saunas are available to non-resident guests from Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. When are breakfast, lunch and dinner served?

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 8.00 am until 11.00 am. Dinner is served between 6.00 pm and 9.00 pm.

The à la carte restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is open every day from 1.00 pm until 9.00 pm.

Are vegetarian and gluten-free meals available?

Along with international cuisine and seasonal/local dishes, our chefs can prepare health and diet dishes, including a range of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please inform reception of any food allergies and other requirements when checking in.

What forms of payment are accepted at Atlantida Boutique Hotel?

When checking out from the hotel, you can either pay in cash or use a V-Pay debit card, payment card (BA, Maestro) or one of the following credit cards: VISA, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.
