We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Statement applies to www.atlantida-rogaska.si. In it we set out:
the principles applying to the processing and storage of personal data provided by users in the course of their
use of the services provided by Atlantida Rogaška d.o.o.

The controller of the personal data obtained on this website is Atlantida Rogaška d.o.o., Cvetlični hrib 1, 3250 Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia, VAT ID no: SI60480980, Company registration no: 3740340000. We are committed to respecting your privacy and to processing your personal data securely and in accordance with the legislation governing personal data protection (Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 [GDPR] and the Personal Data Protection Act [ZVOP-1]). We use the data we obtain exclusively for purposes connected with our business operations.

We work with external service providers that operate as our personal data controllers. They process data on our behalf for the purposes of obtaining bookings, providing analytical and marketing services, improving services and user experience, etc.

We use the booking engine developed by PHOBS d.o.o., Vukovarska 19, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia for capturing and processing direct online accommodation bookings. We use the SendPulse and ZOHO Campaigns software developed by SendPulse Inc.
to process subscriptions to our e-newsletter and send electronic promotional material. SendPulse Inc. stores
our data in the EU and the USA, and adheres to and has confirmed its compliance with the EU GDPR. More on the SendPulse privacy statement here (link: https://sendpulse.com/legal/pp)

We handle your data with the utmost care. All the personal data that we obtain from users of the website is private and confidential.

We collect personal data from the booking form in which users enter their personal data relevant to the booking and our provision of the service requested.

We also collect the personal data that the user provides when completing the e-newsletter subscription form.

We physically collect personal data from guests when they check in at hotel reception.

In addition to the personal data that you send using the above methods, this website uses technology that collects certain technical data, such as the user’s IP address. An IP address is logged when a user subscribes to the e-newsletter (and serves merely as proof that the user conducted the subscription procedure themselves).

In all other cases we do not tie an IP address to a person. Every user of the website is anonymous. We collect anonymous data on your use of our website with the help of cookies and similar technologies. The following data is collected from the booking form:

• the user’s name, surname, telephone number, email address and nationality;
• data on the user’s company (if the booking was made on behalf of a company);
• credit card data (type of credit card, cardholder’s name, credit card number,
• expiry date);
• details of the guest’s stay, including check-in and check-out dates, type of service, choice of a particular offer, special requests and wishes.
• We allow the guest to choose whether they wish to subscribe to electronic promotional material by ticking the relevant box.
• We collect the user’s name, surname, email address, chosen language, date and time of registration, and IP address from the details entered in the e-newsletter subscription form.
• When a user makes an enquiry about holding an event with us, we collect all data on the event (contact details such as name, surname, email address, company name and address, start and end time of the event, duration of the event, number of participants, any requirements for accommodation, services requested).
• When a guest registers at the hotel reception, we collect their name and surname, nationality, date of birth, type of personal identification document presented, and personal identification number.

All data obtained from the booking form is used to process your booking and to communicate with you in relation to the provision of our services; this includes transactional email messages for carrying out the business agreement that is the booking between ourselves and the recipients of our services (guests).
The email address obtained from the e-newsletter subscription form or by clicking the empty checkbox for subscription to the e-newsletter on the booking form is used to send promotional material on our products and services via the SendPulse email marketing system. Data on the name and the chosen language in the same form is used to adjust e-news provision to the user so as to improve their user experience.

The data obtained with the help of the form for enquiries about events is used for the preparation of offers for events, meetings or conferences at our hotel.

We collect the personal data that we obtain when a guest registers at the hotel reception in order to
comply with our statutory obligations.

Enquiries about offers: compliance with contractual obligations on the part of the controller.

Registration at reception: compliance with contractual and statutory obligations on the part of the controller.

We may store data for as long as is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or until the data subject withdraws their consent. Data shall be erased at the user’s written request.

Atlantida Rogaška d.o.o. conducts video surveillance. We use video surveillance to monitor arrivals and departures at the facilities of Atlantida Boutique Hotel and its immediate surroundings at Cvetlični hrib 1, 3250 Rogaška Slatina.
We conduct video surveillance in order to ensure the safety and security of people (staff and customers), protect property, provide security to business premises, monitor access to buildings and provide evidence for the investigation of criminal acts (i.e. legitimate interests as defined in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 76 ff. of the ZVOP-2).

Video surveillance is conducted within certain work premises (e.g. hallways) where this is essential for ensuring the safety of people or property or for the protection of confidential information or trade secrets. Video surveillance helps us detect, deal with or resolve incidents or emergencies, criminal acts, and compensation or other claims.

Recordings are stored for not less than 20 days and not more than one year.

We do not conduct video surveillance in a manner that would have any particular processing effect, nor does our video surveillance enable extraordinary further processing, such as transfers to third-country entities. Video surveillance enables events to be monitored in real time.
