We are a small boutique distillery from the outskirts of Rogaška Slatina with the goal of producing small quantities of quality gin from natural, local ingredients. I myself am a F&B by profession, so I have been familiar with all kinds of spirits since I was young, and at the same time, I always had the desire to work with spirit cooking as an amateur.When my wife and I received our first kettle as a gift from her uncle (which we still use today), the idea of ​​making our own gin was born, as we love it very much in our close company. At first, the purpose of production was only for our own needs and a close circle of friends, but after a very good first response, we were encouraged to start producing it for sale as well.For several months, we created the recipe, tested combinations with various herbs and spirits, and after a little more than half a year, KRISTAL GIN was created, which received such a name because of the long-standing rich tradition of making crystal products in Rogaška Slatina.
